Fort Myers Real Estate Agents Sentenced to Prison For Tax Crimes
Sheri Redekker Barry and Warren Thomas Barry, a wife and husband who are both real estate agents in Fort Myers, Fla., have been sentenced to prison for conspiracy and failure to file tax returns, the Justice Department and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced today. U.S. District Court Judge John E. Steele on Monday sentenced Sheri Barry to 36 months in prison and Warren Barry to 24 months in prison. The court also ordered the Barrys to pay restitution in the amount of $555,728.

AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today announced nonstop service between Akron-Canton Airport and two popular vacation destinations in Florida, Fort Lauderdale and Ft. Myers.
